Overview

"Sulgrave" is a Symbol 50+2 model launched in the year 2000. She has the optional swim platform giving an overall length of 53'3".  She has three staterooms including a beam to beam centrally located master suite and sumptuous main guest suite both with center-line queen beds and extensive storage. The vessel allows complete walk around the side decks and to the bow and stern facilitating line handling and docking. The interior fit and finish are of excellent quality with extensive use of teak in a satin finish accompanied by a gloss teak and holly sole throughout.  All staterooms and the salon ad highlighted with custom fabrics and drapes.  The layout has an open and airy feel making the boat perfect for a couple who wish to stay connected while under way but offering space for guests to relax and with the necessary privacy as required.

The vessel's current owners who are now selling Sulgrave, have loved and cared for her over the past seven years. She has been docked at a private dock at their home on the Chesapeake Bay under their constant vigilance. She is hauled annually for the winter when she is not cruising in warmer climates. Maintenance when not performed by professional boatyards, has been done by the owner who is an engineer and a meticulous steward of the vessel and its systems. Full records of all upgrades and maintenance are available. Note that major work such as fuel tank and water tank replacement, commonly required on vessels of this type, has been completed. The Cummins Diamond Series 450 HP motors are in excellent condition with just on 1900 hours.
